	Chris Matthews Role: Red Café Co-ordinator Likely to find him: Sorting out the refuse at Red Café because even in this age of equality that seems to be a man’s job. Or you might find him teaching in a local secondary school where he still likes to keep his hand in. We Love: His love of literature and U2 Claim to fame: He’s the only grampa working at Red Café
	Bobby Cole Role: Friday Night Youth Worker / Studio Guy Likely to find him: In the studio working on music tracks, recording some scary songs and singing Christmas carols way too early! We Love: His can-do attitude, terrible comedy jokes and cheerful disposition. Claim to fame: Have met Barry Chuckle form the Chuckle Brothers, what a legend!
	Dan Evans Role: Youth Development Worker We Love: The fact that he loves to tell us how much he loves sunny weather! Likely to find him: Surfing around Gower or looking out the window dreaming of surfing. Claim to fame: Was once ranked in the top 5000 surfers of the world.
	Mike Killick Role: Cleaner and Volunteer Youth Worker Likely to find him: Out and about with friends or hanging out at Red Café. We Love: His propensity for verbal sparring, and his sense of humour. Claim to fame: Mike has had his photo taken with the children's commissioner for Wales in the Senedd and Mal Pope.
	Carolyn Sutton Role: Administrative Development Worker Likely to find her: walking around Gower We Love: Where do we start? Her 'leave it with me attitude' and dependability! Claim to fame: The nearest she has come to a fame is nearly crashing her car into Bill Bailey.
	Jordan Best Role: Volunteer Project Support Worker Likely to find him: In Costa drinking coffee, Or in front of a Mac being creative. We Love: The fact that Jordan has been coming to Red Café since he was 11 years old and has now become such an important part of our team. Claim to fame: Jordan won the Wales outstanding young person award 2011 in recognition of his volunteering in Red Café.
	Sophie Cole Role: Sessional Youth Worker Likely to find her: Throwing moves to my latest exercise DVD or singing in the Soul band.. We Love: that she says it like it is! Claim to fame: Meeting Kian Egan from Westlife
	Sam Brown Role:Youth Studies Student Likely to find him:Kicking a football, in the dressing room having been red carded, grooming his hair or watching High School Musical We Love: His immensely likeable cheeky chappiness and his natty sense dress Claim to fame: He was once offered trials for the legendary Greek football team Panathanaikos.  He has also appeared as an extra in the flagship Welsh television soap Pobol-y-Cwm
